Train an Experienced Team of Marketers

To help develop the skills of the newly expanded team, and improve the efficacy of the departments as a whole, Certius conducted a series of training workshops. These covered a number of key concepts including marketing strategy, brand positioning, advertising, innovation, and market research. Each training unit included both lectures and group work, examining international best practices, case studies from similar industries, and learnings from leading international companies.
